The Book of Mormon refers to the story of Moroni. During the time of the Savior, Moroni was a prophet who had seen Christ in vision. Because of his faith, Moroni was told by Christ to record his words on plates. When the time came that Christ would be resurrected, Christ did not appear to all people at once, but showed himself to some people after they had faith in him. He also did not show himself to all people before they had faith in him.
